Never wear high heels on the beach or you may rip and fall.

The temperature is usually high so don’t choose a ruffled dress with lots of layers of fabric. Simplicity is best. Spaghetti strapped short or long dresses. Sleeveless or short sleeves are ideal. Cotton or any breathable fabric.

Have a hanky ready

Do bring your dark glasses as it takes a while for your eyes to adjust especially if you are not used to being in the sun.

Make sure you bring bottled water so you don’t dehydrate.

Keep the wedding short and to the point especially if you are not under a tent.

Offering fans as wedding souvenirs are perfect for any beach wedding. Leave them on the seats and guests will have them to use to help cool themselves off .
